I will not be using again, I feel I made a mistake, and seeing as I live 4 hours drive away I can see this is going to be rough experience

As the complaints above I found the adults sullen and not it all helpful. A helpful young person helped me when I was purchasing goods, when I approached one of the elder people he literally turned and walked away, I should have known then what I was in for. One of the items I purchased was an expensive helicopter which when opened at Christmas was found to have been used,, some of the signage had been rubbed off and it is broken, DISSAPOINTING! for a Christmas present. I am as I writing continually ringing their number which nobody is answering. . They obviously must know better than to answer the phone!!! The size of the shop is seductive, it does not match their aggravating performance.

I have purchased an rc nitro truck which was nearly £700 and a rc plane which was around £300 I use this model shop because its local however I will not use them again.
If you want advice forget it as they employ young lads which really have no clue what they are doing and even if adults are in they seem to be rude and very miserable.
If you have a faulty product, which I did with my nitro truck as the engine was a manufacturer's fault they treated me like something I stood in, they told me straight that I will not be entitled to a refund and the car had not even seen life outside my shed as I couldn't keep the engine running they told me that I will need a new engine which was over £200 which made me very angry and the engine failure was my fault which again made me even more angry.
In the end I went to model junction in bury st Edmunds who by the way are very clued up on all your modelling needs they sent away my engine to a losi supplier and they replaced it free of charge as like I say it was a manufacturer's defect which I knew it was from day one as I have owned many nitro models and there was nothing I could've done to make it run.
I will never use these useless no stock no clue time wasters ever again

I bought a model for christmas and had problems with it, when I contacted them, they were just rude and unhelpful, not pleasant people, currently having to deal with another website to get my money back from them!. I did a search about them and found quite a few negative reviews, most about their after sales service, once they have your cash they don't care.

I purchased a new model accessory from them via amazon and when it arrived it appeared to be used, the box was ripped, extremely faded, riddled with old yellow Sellotape, and was more in keeping with something you would find in a second hand shop. When I contacted them about it I received a short, snotty response - not even an apology!.
So NO, I would not recommend them, it's very easy to say sorry, but it means a great deal!.

Hey I go there to race my RC car it is great. There is one guy in there, won't mention his name, but he is awesome always helpful whenever my car breaks down or when I need good advice. The shop sells everything from RC stuff to Lego. Worth going to any day ever though I live 50 minutes away. If you live within 1 hour of Snetterton check it out!

Brilliant! It claims to be the biggest in the world and I have never been in bigger in the UK. Great range of models and accessories covered. Excellent displays and just enormous. Well worth a morning or afternoon. Oh and take a ball of string so you can find your way out again...

Been shopping with these guys since the plastic kit section was a small cupboard, its grown an awful lot since then! Their range is a little limited but the staff are friendly and helpfull and their prices competative. Stock levels can sometimes be a little low but theres always something to catch your eye, that you might not have seen before. On the same site is a tank museum, which is open on weekends so theres always something to look at.

Generally a good shop and really big!
Cafe closed when we went and not very clear how to get into the site, plus prices not very cheap, but extensive ranges.

I have visited a few model shops and toy shops before but have never seen anything like this....simply amazing. Just when you think you have seen it all you find there is yet another aircraft hanger size of models to explore. Good prices. Large cafe and loads of displays...this is not just a shop, it is a day out and I highly recommend it.
