I have been shopping here for years and on many a visit do agree that the owner can be a bit offhand but on listening to what he has to put with I am not surprised.
He has a fearsome reputation but really is a pussy cat in wolves clothing.
A joy to visit and have never experienced any problems.
Maybe some of the comments have been over embellished bearing in mind there are 2 sides to every story.
