Terrible service recently bought a model car and it literraly fell apart in the box weak pakaging bad value! not a good shop at all this gift was for my son he loves cars and was waiting for it since hes been in hospital suffering a disiase! hes very dissapointed Thanks alot!!!!!

I bought a remote control helicopter as a present for my partner, the first one was faulty on return we were given a replacement, while at the shop another customer was returning the same product with exactly the same fault. We didn't take much notice because his was badly damaged.
When my partner tried the second helicopter it had the same fault, it would fly for a few minutes then the top propeller stopped while in mid air and it fell to the ground, luckily it wasn't damaged as it landed on grass. Obviously there is a fault with these items so we took it back and asked for a refund.
We were told to call back as there wasn't enough money in the till, when we returned we were told that the manager had refused a refund as it had to be tested even though the first one had been tested at the shop. After arriving home we checked with the card and piece of paper that the girl in the shop had given us to contact head office and the receipt was missing, now we didn't even have any proof of purchase. This dispute is ongoing and we still haven't had a refund. I would not purchase anything at this shop again or advise anyone else to do so.
We are over one hundred pounds out of pocket and my partner really doesn't want a repair or replacement as it costs us £10 every time we have to take it back.
