If you're looking to service your locomotives then this is not the place! I initially contacted the shop by phone and asked if they serviced locomotives. They said no and then okay. I went there and they said the same thing and took the locos. They didn't know how long it would take and said they would let me know. Two weeks later no response so i called them and they said they haven't got round to doing it yet but will let me know when then have. 5 weeks later and still no response - they said I can come and collect them but they haven't serviced them. I collected in the same condition as I left them, i.e. unserviced. They should have called me to let me know what's going on or at least say they can't do it. if they say they will do it they should . The best I can say about this place is that they do not have basic customer service so I won't be going back there again.
