Bought a job lot of n gauge wagons at Bridgenorth toy fair what a pair nice guys i met. All the items were all in very good condition and the price we settled at was fair. Having a brief conversation with them i hope many more purchases can be made from them. I hope to travel down to Cardiff to visit the shop when work permits

I have always found the staff to be friendly approachable and very helpful. All items purchased have been tested prior to me bringing them home and they have only ever been helpful on the phone. The only criticism could be that they have so much stock you need to set aside at least an hour just for a quick browse....but is that really a problem? I drop my wife off in Cardiff for a shopping day and I know where my morning will be spent. Highly recommended!!

We are open 7 days a week and have never been contacted by C Johns. We are easily contactable by email as well although he obviously prefers to post bad reviews on internet websites. I do not see what relevance his comments have to reviews of model shops as he has clearly never visited our shop. We remain the busiest and best stocked specialist model railway shop in South Wales. If C Johns is a genuine customer with a complaint about a product we will always replace or refund and take up the issue with the manufacturer at our own expense.

Uncontactable on the phone. Bought a farish coach from them at a toy fair , on opening the box all the buffers missing. Cannot recommend
