Very friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgable and great advice given. Not local to me but well worth the trip every time, highly recommended.

Heather is always very helpful. The staff are helpful but one would expect this as this is their job. A couple of them strike me as having lost their passion for modelling. They could really do with some young blood in the store with a passion (and a sense of humour) This is after all a shop for people who are going spending money on their hobby. The shop is an Aladdin's cave, loads of stock great choice. But come on guys be happy. Some people would love to work in a model shop.

Excellent selection of stock and will order what they don't have. Advice is always good. Will do minor repairs and adjustments on the spot and often without charging. A railway modellers' heaven.

Always fully stocked not only with the latest trains but also with those hard to find bits and pieces.
Staff always friendly and helpful, and give tips and advice on painting, scratch building etc.
