I have never ordered anything from them on the Web but have often visited their shop. I have always found them to be very helpful and friendly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and have never found them pushy. Although the shop itself is not very big they do carry a hell of a stock and you can spend any amount of time exploring. Therefore I can only rate them from a personal side.

I am growing increasingly uneasy about this company. They don't answer e mails and they don't answer the phone, it is permanently engaged Three weeks and no sign of my order and no comment from them !
