Had cause to need a return with a fault/broken part, notified within a week. I received a full refund, INCLUDING the cost of return postage with absolutely no problem or quibble whatsoever. They did everything they said they would. From my experience on this occasion, can only say one cant go wrong making a purchase from Howes models.
