I ordered some items from this shop at the end of October 2011 and have still not received them despite sending emails and letters asking for confirmation that my goods have been sent out. I have not received any kind of reply. According to the Military Modelling Magazine website, I am not the only person in this position.
Cove Models website has been displaying a message saying they are having 'problems' with their email system for several months and they don't even appear to be answering the 'phone. My advice is don't order from them until they have resolved whatever issues are affecting them.
