I used this supplier for first time on 9/8/2012 when ordered TCS decoder. Service was brilliant. They confirmed order sent within 3 hours of being placed and it arrived first class 11.30 am next morning. Excellent and will definately use again. Highly recommended.

I found Bromsgrove on the web two year ago and have been ordering parts from the ever since they have never let me down and I have never had any problems with them THEY ARE JUST GREAT TO WORK WITH EATHER ON THE WEB OR BY PHONE. on the phone they are very friendly good humor and listen even when some times you are trying to explain what it is you want and not sure your self. my last order was this thursday the3rd got the order on the4th friday hows that for speed who can say more very reliable people its sad they are closing down I for one will miss them.

I needed a Soundtraxx 827103 decoder and usually buy my decoders in from the US. With import duty, VAT and Royal Mail handling charges adding 30% to the price this item would have cost me between at least £88 and I would have waited around three weeks for delivery. I Googled the item and found Bromsgrove Models. Their price £79.15 incl p&p. I placed an online order at 1330 yesterday which was acknowledged 5 minutes later and the package arrived first thing this morning. You won't find better than that.

Time and time again I have purchased from Bromsgrove Models, both by phone and internet. Excellent service always. I am not easy to please but I can't speak highly enough of this model shop. John is always ready to offer good advise, orders are posted the same day, prices are very competitive and the sales prices are excellent. Full marks, 10/10.

I enquired and ordered some merchandise via email and had a quick and freindly responce. I was sent an invoice and once I paid, the order was packed and sent the next day arriving in Australia in ten days which is the normal delivery time from the UK Excellent service, will use again.

I've ordered four or five times from Bromsgrove Models, all aspects of service have remained excellent throughout.
From acknowledgement of my orders (usually with a reduction in the postal charges) to delivery the service is second to none. I look forwrd to visiting the shop sometime in the future. Highly recommended.

Always a pleasure to do business with and stocks parts that can be difficult to obtain from other model railway retailers. The propiretor also has a very good knowledge of DCC products and will always be willing to help with any questions I have with my NCE equipment.

I have phoned and talk to them very polite very helpful told me what I needed to know explained how it worked, were to put it best place on the layout had it to me almost the next day. Have had dealings with them in the past never let me down. Will deal with them in the future or for as long as they are there or I am. If you need it fast try Bromsgrove if its technical try Bromsgrove at the right price try Bromsgrove.

Bromsgrove website is clear to read and easy to search for and order your requirements. Once I'd placed an order (paid for using Paypal) an Email received within 30 minutes of placing the order confirming dispatch. The goods were delivered next day. It does not get smoother than that. Based on their excellent communications snooth dispatch and delivery and keen pricing I wouldn't hesitant to use Bromsgrove again

I am using DCC Concepts Cobalt point motors. Best price - Bromsgrove.
I decided to use their AD1 controllers too. Not many stockists of these but Bromsgrove do and beat the only other supplier I could find by £2 each.
Ordered them on New Years day and got them this morning (Weds). Really great service!

Superb. Extremely efficient and courteous service. John goes out of his way to help and advice on any aspect of Model Railways and with his vast knowledge on the subject, you really couldn't ask for more. I have purchased several items from him at very reasonable prices when compared to other websites and his prompt dispatch and packing is enviable. Other modelling shops could take an example. If Carlsberg made model shops with they'd have made this one.Goods ordered on a Monday night at 21:00 arrived deapest darkest Blairgowrie at 10:00 on the Wednesday.I cocked up the postage costs and received an e-mail on the Tuesday to tell me he'd redone the order and refunded the extra.Great service from a great guy. A few years ago at the Hartlepool show John spent a couple of hours showing me the way around DCC systems and answered all the stupid questions.A must for anyone contemplating the move from DC to DCC.

Very efficient mail order service: Ordered decoder Monday, got email confirming dispatch Tuesday, and received item Wednesday. Well packed, and good documentation included. Excellent website with loads of interesting products I've not seen before; well worth a long browse. Decoder price including VAT an dP&P was less than some other sites I looked at were for just the decoder, let alone VAT and P&P!!
