The gentleman (Clive) who served me was most helpful.
On returning home and finding that I had purchased the wrong size part he was extremely helpful in locating the correct size for my job and forwarding it to me as exchange for the returned item.
The shop is very well laid out with a wide selection of model railway/boats/ planes etc.and the prices were competetive--however the staff as exampled by Clive are first class, well done ANTICS
