Terrible service instore, equally ignorant on the phone and for those two points and that they're over priced online I won't ever be using antics again. Found a model shop owned by a guy called Ian Harper on Wells Road a more pleasent purchasing experience. Antics staff take note or at this rate you'll be looking for new jobs.

I bought 7 batteries off them at woodsprings show at only one pound each but was assured they all worked when i tried them at home all the batteries where no good would not except even a charge, i emailed antics was told to phone and get a refund which i did they took my card details and never refunded, on the same day at woodsprings i bought a spektrum dx 6i which my mate told me from the batch number it was a recall i asked at the spektrum tent who said this was correct and should of been sent back i went back to antics tent which under duress gave me a refund, this is the worst dealings i've ever encountered i would never ever use them again so be warned.
